"Annie Britt" in my vegetable garden

This is my sweet kitty "Annie Britt".  She is lovingly named after my Grandmother who lived to be 104!  She loved to garden and loved her cats as well, so when my friend gave me this kitty, I knew right away what to name her.....

Now if she would only pull those weeds!

  2. Hi Susie & "Annie Britt" What a nice comment from you on Love2...I'm always amazed at how people connect on this crazy blogging place! In some ways, some of the women I've "met" seem like twin sisters, of different mothers, you know? Now, Sweet Pea...she's in Mt Dora? Small and smaller world! After I finish this comment, I have to go read some more of your posts. Your profile pic...is that sweet potatoe vine? My favorite chartreuse plant, and it grows like a weed!! I did nothing to cultivate my moss...odd, I've been here for 17 years and just never really noticed it. This year it just seemed to be prolific and pretty. I told the cats if they stayed still long enough, they were going to get mossy, so that's how I ended up with the last MM post. I started my blog 2 years ago, and it has become a really interesting part of my day. You can connect with so many folks, and you realize that your love for the chippy, the funky & the stuff other people just don't get is understood by so many cool people. I'll be back often and I'm off to add you to my Morning Coffee bloglist. Have a great Sunday *elaine*

  6. I love your cat....I used to have a persian...he was beautiful....but found out I was allergic to him...he used to sleep on my pillow....but I found him a great home with a woman who had recently lost her husband and now they are best friends. Now I just feed and admire my outdoor kitties. WOW...104...I wonder what her secret of longevity was? Happy day to yo!
