Singing the Praises of Gorilla Glue - "The Strongest Glue on Planet Earth"

This glue works great on pottery, concrete, metal, baskets, and so much more. When drying it expands so it fills in holes. I would suggest removing excess glue before it dries completely. FYI

This is an old silver 'bowl' glued to a wood base..The Gorilla Glue is the only glue that would hold it together.

My husband wanted to throw out this big old pot because it was broken in so many places, but I surely did fix it. I want to plant a lemon tree in it.  I need to scrape off the glue and I may faux paint the pot white. What do you think?

Even at the end of a stressful day, a short late afternoon stroll through the garden can put a smile on my face and joy in my heart. I took a few pictures to share my 'treasures' of the day!

Things that made me smile today.....

My hubby brought this home the other day...He did good!  Oh, but what to do with it?  Any ideas?

A girl's gotta have a place to hang her shoes, hat, and a comfy place to land at the end of the day!

I just love my comfy old rocker!  I wonder how many others have enjoyed endless hours of rocking.

Bee Love...

Pottery beeskep left behind by a highschool student. I bought it for $1.00..I just love this!

White Wednesday....Buckets, Baskets & Benches

I'm so thrilled to be a part of this 'white' event. I have loved all things white and have collected white for many years, and I am honored to be able to share with other 'like-minded' friends. Enjoy and I would love to hear from you...Blessings,
Susie

This is the basket we used growing up for laundry. It took years for me to convince Mom that I should have it..

This wall basket was found at Heart of Country show in Nashville. Mary Emmerling was there to help 'seal the deal'

My latest find...a little tattered, but I only paid $.99 on ebay...

Gym baskets in my office/workroom cabinet...rusty white paint...love,love,love

I had this lonesome spot in my living room that needed something....So I found this old bench and had to cover the top with burlap..works pretty good!
