Just a quick update on my week. I was able to come home from the hospital last night after my fifth day of chemotherapy. I had NO side effects and tolerated all well...thank GOD! I am thankful for my family and friends who have been supporting me so graciously!
It feels GREAT to be home....the best! Now I just have to pace myself this week and try not to do too much....but there's pillows to be be made and stuff to fluff!
Blessings to all and thanks for your well wishes and prayers.....it works!
Susie

so glad to hear that everything went well. I'm sure it is good to be back home! Try and take it easy, but sometimes I know that's easier said than done. have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that the chemo went well for you. Hang in there...it will all be worth it in the long run. I imagine you ARE champing at the bit to get things done but all in good time-all in good time! Just take it easy and give yourself a chance to deep breathe and recover completely. Hugs- Diana
ReplyDeleteOh how wonderful that you didn't have any side effects and that you are doing well!!
ReplyDeletePlease do take it easy. It is such a temptation to try and play "catch up" after we get back home or our routine has been interrupted but you need to let that precious body of yours have lots of energy for recovering!

One third of the way done right? That's wonderful.
ReplyDeleteNow the six commentaries ahead of me are correct... take it easy.
It is a temptation to catch up but nothing else is as important as letting your body adjust to the onslaught it will go through the next couple months.
If you cannot resist the temptation, well then we'll all have to send someone over there to sit on you! :0
