So Glad To Be Home

Just a quick update on my week.  I was able to come home from the hospital last night after my fifth day of chemotherapy.  I had NO side effects and tolerated all well...thank GOD!  I am thankful for my family and friends who have been supporting me so graciously!

It feels GREAT to be home....the best!  Now I just have to pace myself this week and try not to do too much....but there's pillows to be be made and stuff to fluff!

Blessings to all and thanks for your well wishes and works!

  1. So glad to hear that this week went Ok and that you are now resting comfortably at home. There is no place like home. Try to pace yourself and get some rest!! Continued prayers for you!

  2. Glad to hear things are going well and that you are home!! Take care and rest up! Thinking of you!

  3. so glad you are home susie. don't push yourself too hard. the pillows will wait. put your feet up and have some tea and catch up on your blogs.

  4. so glad to hear that everything went well. I'm sure it is good to be back home! Try and take it easy, but sometimes I know that's easier said than done. have a great day!

  5. I'm glad that the chemo went well for you. Hang in will all be worth it in the long run. I imagine you ARE champing at the bit to get things done but all in good time-all in good time! Just take it easy and give yourself a chance to deep breathe and recover completely. Hugs- Diana

  6. Oh how wonderful that you didn't have any side effects and that you are doing well!!

Please do take it easy. It is such a temptation to try and play "catch up" after we get back home or our routine has been interrupted but you need to let that precious body of yours have lots of energy for recovering!

    bee blessed

  7. One third of the way done right? That's wonderful.

Now the six commentaries ahead of me are correct... take it easy.
It is a temptation to catch up but nothing else is as important as letting your body adjust to the onslaught it will go through the next couple months.

If you cannot resist the temptation, well then we'll all have to send someone over there to sit on you! :0

  8. so happy to hear that you are home. you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers!!

  9. Thank you for the update. You're in my prayers! I haven't been online very much, but I will check in whenever I am!

    God bless you Susie!

    Love and Hugs!

  10. Susie glad you're home. Take it easy and try not to over due. I know it's hard when there is so much to do but it's critical to get your rest.

Thanks for stopping by...ya'll come back now, ya hear?
