White Wednesday ~~ For The Birds

My camera battery is dead and won't recharge, so I've gone to the 'vault' for pics of some of my birdhouses.  Some are possibly repeat pictures, but never shown as a whole collection.  Spring is in the air and the birds are surely happy!

I've been organizing my pictures and made an "Annie Britt" folder. So, of course, I thought I'd share a few pics.....she's always changing her 'hangouts'!  Of course, now that we have the D O G, she doesn't come inside very often.  They haven't exactly made 'friends' yet.

~White Wednesday -- More Vintage White Metals

Last week, I posted pics of white metal objects in the garden.  Today, I've come inside!

I made several bird nests out of Jasmine Vine. It's very flexible and easy to work with. I leave some of the leaves on, as they will stay green!

First Day of Spring ~ In The Garden

Ahh.......The First Day of Spring!  I couldn't resist these beautiful branchs from my neighbor's Red Bud tree.  I walked over with three bunches of fresh asparagus (see below) and my clippers!

My church was giving away cases of these beautiful veggies yesterday!  Guess I'll be visiting a few more neighbors today!

White Wednesday ~ Mirrors and Images

I've been hunting for some new mirrors...here's a few pics.  Of course, they are so difficult to photograph!

I actually found three of these mirrors.  The frames are metal (quite heavy too) and the mirrors are beveled.  Each one is just a little different too!

One year a friend was taking 'profile' pictures all the gals (we meet just before Christmas every year for a fun gathering and gift exchange).  This was our gift the following year...pretty cool!
